Dear Mauricio,
I've just found an old post in my Mail application that has an attachment and I
was able to save it via the file/save attachments menu without a problem. I'm
on El Capitan, macbook pro 2014.
Sorry yo are having problems with this. I don't know what to suggest.

I was going to reply in the same way. But then I realised that the poster was
referring to multiple attachments. I’m sure it works here but just haven’t had
the time to find a message with multiple attachments.

Now your in the email itself window and arrow up to you hear headders now arrow
right to you hear a number the number of attachements in the mail
Now interact with that number and thenvo
