This is just a guess, but Google for protocol filtering in Mac OS 10. It's
possible that SFTP and FTP Protocols are being bandwidth throttled using the
Mac OS 10

2012, with El Capitan.
I have a whm/CPanel dedicated server which I'm using for my business.
I've tried logging in via both ftp as well
