Hi everyone, this is a friendly reminder that we still have room in our upcoming free course, iPad For All Computing. The deadline to register is Sunday, March 22 at 11:59PM Eastern. If you have already registered for this course, awesome. You don’t need to do anything else at this point. If not, or if you are unsure, details are provided below:
The course, iPad For All Computing, will be held every Monday and Wednesday, from 3PM to 5PM Eastern, beginning April 6, 2020 and ending May 20, with a possible wrap up session on Friday, May 22, 2020. Students will be taught how to use the iPad, with and without Voiceover, to perform every-day tasks, such as surfing the web, reading email, watching movies, and more, but participants will also learn advanced tasks, like creating word processing and page layout documents, spreadsheets, presentations, simple movies, audio projects, and much more. Want to learn how to run your business, create websites, accept credit cards, publish books, facilitate interactive learning in and out of the classroom, and much more, or just want to learn how to take photos, get driving directions, keep grocery lists and recipes, and listen to music? All this and so much more will be taught in this course. Need to work with PC users, use external drives, download files, and more? Want to use two apps at the same time? All of this is possible with iPad. The iPad can truly be a complete desktop replacement solution for most people, and in this course, you’ll learn how it can be done. This course is filling up fast, but there are still slots available. Signing up for the course involves both letting us know of your desire to join, and joining the course from one of your Apple devices.
