Well, I'm using Lion with a Macbook Air from Summer 2011.
I have no idea what webkit is, I'll have to look that up. I use Safari.

cursor is. So for example on Google main page it would be in the search box.

It happens as I'm reading down a page. Say while reading Facebook, I'm reading
the 7th status or something, then suddenly I'm back to the top. In youTube,
when I enter a link to watch the video, then hit back to the previous page, I'm
usually bounced to the top.
