When I open a context menu with VO Shift M and press Track Shipment, I hear,
System has new window, but no new window appears, nor is the shipment
tracked. Anyone know about this?

If someone sends you an E-mail, and within that E-mail is a tracking number for
a Fedex or USPS or UPS delivery, VO says, Shipment number detected. But, when
you VO-M context menu, the track item, option just seems to disappear without
