Doug Lee has some JAWS scripts for Skype for business at his web site lee.org. Even if you choose not to get the scripts you should read his notes about the keyboard shortcuts available directly in the application since it can improve the constant tabbing needed by the software to get to where you need to be. Also, the current version of Skype for Business on the Macintosh is quite a bit smoother to operate then the Windows version. So if you can get Braille Blaster for Macintosh on your Macintosh and Microsoft Office also, you might be able to do your transcribing on a Macintosh.
