Yes, WMV are Windows Media Videos whereas WMA are Windows Media Audio files.
One can use a converter like Handbrake to convert WMV content into mp4, MOV etc
that are readable by QT and iTunes. The caveat is that if these are protected
videos, the conversion is either not possible, or rath

WMV are Windows Media Video files according to my memory. I believe you can get
a quicktime encoder plugin that will allow playback in QT and iTunes. Also
iTunes just uses the QT libraries so any file that works in QuickTime should be
able to be managed by iTunes.

Hitting the return key will only work if focus is on a song title in the music
table. As Andrew mentioned, you can press cmd-left, or just the left arrow key
when in the iTunes app, or just press F7 if you'd like it to work from within
whatever app you happen to be in. F7 to skip back, F8
