On reading this a few more times, its simple. Treat the word
"Cpanel" as you would any word that is capitalized.

I assume you are writing Grade 2 American Braille and not UEB?
Well although I’m not an American Braille user but am of UEB, but know how
American Braille works for your situation, I will confirm the following to you.
You had the answers right but you do indeed put Letter Sign first
Cap sign letter sign. For problematic translations, set to grade 1
for the word then back to grade 2.
