so today for some reason, I am unable to expand a thread in mac mail with the
arrow keys. My quick Nav is off. Anyone know how to fix this?

Sometimes, if you press the arrow keys a few times, or navigate away and back
again, it will start working. Also, command-right or command-left arrows will
work as well.

the way i’ve got around this one is to restart the computer at times when it
has happened.

To fix this issue without rebooting turn VO off with Command F5 now press the
left and right arrows individually a few times I do it four or five times now
turn VO back on and it works again. No need to reboot your computer to get
working again. Good luck
