Hi all, Like iOS, I understand that to uninstall an app downloaded via the Mac App Store, one should hold down on an app's icon until all the apps start to jiggle, then click on the the delete (X) button to uninstall it. How do you do this with VoiceOver? I feel silly, but I can't find an equiv

I do use that method for some non-App Store apps, but Apple states that for apps downloaded from the App Store, the recommended uninstall method is as I described (touching and holding an icon on the Launch pad until the apps start to jiggle, then tapping on the X). See http://support.apple.com/

I wonder if, using Trackpad Commander, the equivalent iOS gestures will also work under Os X. In other words, double tap and hold on the app until a tritone is heard, release then double tap on the app to delete. Christopher Hallsworth Student at the Hadley School for the Blind www.hadley.edu
