Hi, I have an update on my VMware 8 problem. I'll respond on this thread about the problem allowing VMware Support to remotely access my machine ... It turned out Firefox wasn't of help anymore than Safari or Google-Chrome. We resolved the problem by having the VMware tech email me a complete URI
