I thought so too, but right now, the way I have mine set up, it only
announces song titles. That's imho not that important, the menus are
the most impor

I don't have the new Nano, but the manual says if VoiceOver is on, you
can check Enable Spoken Menus. Those menus use your system voice.

I've got Vo on the new 5th gen nano working ok but it only reads
what's currently playing. In the prefs for this nano I have checked
Use VoiceOver and use system Speech. It won't let me check use menus
unless I turn the Use VoiceOver off. What am I doing wrong? I'd like
it to read both
