I am running Ventura 13.0.1 on my 2018 iMac.
How can I recover a deleted Email from time machine using VoiceOver? I
accidentally erased the desired Email and then erased all items in the Email
trash folder. I have looked on the web on recovering mail from time machine but
the suggested
I tried a couple other apps that are in that Login Items list and
they are fine. When the VMware app is not running though, its not in the
list. Perhaps that is a clue.

I have seen the message about the bacround apps in the betas. I find it to be
very aannoyikng at best.

am still hearing Alex speak on certain elements. I checked that all
elements are spoken by the default voice. Thia is in System settings,
