OK, I missed that the command-option K was a command key and not a control key
and that was what got me confused. It is too bad that keystroke does not act
like a toggle. Do you have any idea what the keystroke gets interpreted as in
terms of items in menu or such?
Best Wishes,
Jonathan

Hello Jonathan,
VO-Shift-j jumps to the popover, but Cmd-Option-k puts you straight into the
popover, so you need to get back to the document body in the right place, and
VO-j takes you first to the Formatter and then back to the body of the document.

Anne

Anne,
Did you get the VO command wrong? I would expect it would be VO-shift-J goto
popup item Though I have to admit I have never found a situation where this
command did anything for me.

Hello Donna,
It’s working for me in Sierra. When reading through the document, VoiceOver
should read both the deleted text and the inserted text. Command-Option-k
should put you in the popover where you should hear what has been deleted and
where you can accept or reject the change. Pressing
No, that still isn't working. I've tried both arrowing and swiping on the
trackpad. I'm running Sierra, still, I wonder if that's why.
Thanks anyway for the suggestion.
Cheers,
Donna

Donna,
It will show the name, and then you have to either swipe right on the trackpad
or right-arrow. Then you can see the time the comment was made, as well as the
actual comment.
Hope this helps,
Brianna

Hi Brianna,
When I try this, the only thing I see is the name of the person who wrote the
comment. Is there something I'm missing?
Thanks,
Donna

This is good to know, Daniela. I updated Pages yesterday, so will try viewing
the documents again this morning. When I was looking at them yesterday, I
could see revisions, but not comments. Brianna's suggestion would work as a
last resort, but I'd actually prefer to view them as I'm going
Some months ago, I was working with a colleague who did not use Pages, and yes,
I could seee her comments even if she made the versions using word. I don’t
know how it works now.

Hi,
Yes there is. The command to go to the next comment is command-option-K.

Hi all,
When in pages, is there any way to view comments that have been inserted into a
Word document?
TIA,
Donna
