As far as I know, iWeb is a tool used for creating a pectoral presence on the
web. From what I remember when I was in grad school for a time, teacher
training candidates a.k.a. future classroom teachers, had to use it to create
their portfolio. I believe in some states this is a requirement for
kends and holidays.
