Hi,
after running Disk Utility I think it was doing a partition repair I got the
below message.
Warning: SUID file
“System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAgent”
has been modified and will not be repaired.
What does this mean?

Hi that can be ignored since i upgraded to mavericks that, message came when a
remote desktop update was done in software updates so an apple care adviser
told me not to worry about it,

Usually in the Unix world, a warning does not in and of itself mean you have a
problem. As long as you aren't having problems related to this warning, I
wouldn't be concerned about it.
