All of a sudden they don't play.
I've emptied the cash, went to flash under advanced in system preferences and
deleted that stuff. I uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Flash Player. I've
repaired permissions, reset Safari, and I think that's all.

Hmm, I don't know. I'll have to check that out. Would it stay muted even
after closing and reopening Safari, and even restarting the MBA?

Good question, i don`t think so. It happened to me last time i was on You Tube.
I was thinking that it was something wrong with the movie since voice over
worked. After trying movie number two with no sound i found that the volume was

I use MacTubes a lot for viewing videos on YouTube and between it and safari,
if one is being problematic, the other one seems to work. MacTubes is great and
might be worth your trouble investigating.
