Hi Mary:
The items are actually checked by default. You would only have to uncheck items
you don't want to sync.

Hi Mary,
the default is that everything is checked. So, rather than having to check
thousands of items, you simply have to uncheck those you don't want. I've only
begun playing with this, but I do think it's faster.

Hi Mary,
With the method I suggested, there is no problems typing in a book title or
author so it would speed up your search. But no. I don't manually have to add
content. That is another setting all together under the summary tab. I

Hi Ricardo,
If I understand what you're saying, you have to manually check all the music
and media you want on your I-device, right? So you don't have any artists or
playlists checked, meaning you have to check each item manually? Given that my
original complaint with the audio books was that I
Hi Mary,
Under the summary tab, I have the sync only checked songs and video checked.
So then I can then select sync all books and sync all audio books under the
books tab. With this done, I can go to the books playlist on iTunes in the
sources table, navigate to the books table and interac
Hi James,

blank screen, and even after I dismissed the app via the app switcher, then
reopened it, I still got just the blank screen with no visible controls. The
only way to get anywhere was to delete the app, which caus
I wonder what is causing problems wit deleting books in the audible
app? It sounds like you only have one book in there when you try to
delete it, or do you have a lot of them? I wonder if deleting has
become a probem in the latest version? I have deleted books out of
previous versions just fine.
Hmm interesting. I wonder if yu can sourt down and up in those tables. tha
tmight be easier. I don't do audio books only epub books. lol!

Perhaps I didn't make myself clear. When you attach an IPod to the Mac, you get
that bunch of tabs, summary, music, books etc. If I select the books tab, I
then have two tables, one of which has my Ibooks in it, the other of which has
audible books in it. There is no list view possible in this s
Just go to list view and you shuld be fine. it will now longer sourt in to
groups.

Hello all. I'm cross posting to Mac and IPhone because my question concerns a
better way to get books from Itunes on a Mac to the IPod. I have a very large
audible library, and it use to be possible to narrow the available choices for
synching by typing into the search box some portion of the ti
