Alex and All: Problem is solved with the iOS 7 compatibility problem. I believe one of the several people named Alex on this list has one of the Jabra headsets so here is what you do. 1. go into iOS bluetooth settings, find the Jabra and unpair it. It will say forget it, and hit that. 2. Turn the headset on and hold down the button on the outside for about six seconds. 3. At the same time go back into bluetooth settings and the Jabra should show up. 4. Tap the button to pair the headset and all should be good to go. Everything including Skype is working much better now. Finally, here is the tech support phone number for Jabra: 800-327-2230. Jean
