checking frequency setting on airport extreme

Never mind. I bought mine in April 2013 so I think it's the newest airport extreme which has simultaneous frequencies. But I could have sworn I saw some kind of setting for that in airport utility at the time and the way my network is acting at the moment I wonder if it is really doing both

Thanks Tim. I don't know why I didn't see it before. And I also seem to have solved my speaker distortion problems. I left the 2.4ghz at automatic for the channel but changed the 5ghz channel setting to one of the higher selections: in this case 157. Haven't had any problem so far since doing
