Oh to the person that said they could hit vo shift m on the email in the
headers I just tried that and it broke. that is, nothing happened. and when I
routed mouse to it with vo cmd f5 and hit vo space I heard new line and got
booted back in to the message. I don't know if I need to reinstall

You have to make sure that the address is highlighted, otherwise it won't work.

VO + Shift + right arrow does not select the from field for me.
ButCtrl+shift+right arrow does. Once it is Highlighted, the context menu comes
up fine.
