Hi Eric. If your rescue disk comes from the dog that's inside the Lion install
application bundle, then yes that will work.

There's a minimal chance he could go over his cap and get charged extra if I
go and do this OS download on his system. Plus he'd have to pay me to sit
there and watch the progress bar which isn't very desirable.
