Yes, sometimes you have to perform mouse click on the edit field to make it active. I usually bring my mouse pointer to voiceover cursor with vo+command+f5 key combination and click the mouse vo+shift+spacebar. The field become active. If that doesn’t work, I will bring the mouse to vo cursor
