My Macbook and Imac both run Mac OS 10.6.4. When I ran Software Update to get the new release of Itunes, my Macbook needed to be restarted to finish the update. My Imac did not need to be restarted. That is not a problem, but I just thought it was weird that the update behaved differently on

Ryan, are you sure there was not another update you may have missed in the table? Just before iTunes there was a security update. I installed iTUnes 10 on my Macbook and my wife's iMac and did not need to reboot either. However, the security update I mentioned did require a reboot. On Sep 4, 20
