Once you set a hot spot, it should stay there until you remove it. I'm not
sure why it's not working that way for you, and I don't think it's anything
you're doing. I wonder if something is wrong with your Mac OS X installation,
and if so, please don't ask me because I have no idea.

Hi Yuma
Some folks are able to save hotspots across reboots and others aren't. It
would be good if we could figure out what it is that causes this difference.
If you are looking for garageband hotspots than get quickkeys and Brian Smart's
voxkeys. He's got good stuff in there for garageband.
Hi,
Actually, i am trying to keep hotspots relevant for certain applications like
garage band so that i don't have to redo them each time i reboot or close the
day.
Is that actually not possible to do?

No, there is not a specific key to press to reactivate the hotspots.
The hot spots have to be predictable to voiceover. In other words, they must be
at the same place, at the same time, under all circumstances. I don't think
what you are trying to do will work.

Hi list,
So i've reopened a pdf which normally has 2 hotspots on different pages
assigned, but pressing vo 1 or 2 which are the hotspots doesn't do anything. I
instead get the negative chime. Double pressing on my hotspot list shows that
all are inactive, and i can't get them activated.
