What browsers can I use on iOS other than Safari? I have a particularly tricky
website I need to use that Safari with voiceover just can't handle.

I am still wondering if there is another iOS browser that I can use other than
Safari. Are there really no alternatives to Safari on iOS?

There are good reviews of the Atomic Web Browser on Apple Vis which has
manymore features than Safari including a download manager. I have installed
the app but have not investigated it yet.

There is yes, but they all use Safari as a backdoor because Apple does not
allow third party browsers to use their own engine. For example, Chrome uses
Webkit which Safari also uses. Same is true for Instabrowser.
