Hi all,

I've seen a few posts on this list for radio and radio apps. I've googled them
myself, because I liked both winamp and radio live365 on the windows side.

I decided to play around with the radio more in iTunes. Surely, I could make
this work for me. Keep in mind, I still consider myself a newby, but here's
what I did! *grin!*

I created a couple playlists, which I decided to name as follows: rClassical,
RJazz, and rOldies. I figured r for radio, and I could quickly jump down to
them.

I then went over to the radio and began finding the stations I wanted. Any
station I liked, I copied it and pasted into the corresponding playlist. Some
stations I couldn't find, so I found their URLs, and pasted them into iTunes.
I then needed to VO-J to the lcd section and hit the go to song button, this is
where I copied and pasted into the corresponding playlist.

In effect, I now have presets set up for a good handful of radio stations I
like.

It isn't perfect, but so far, it works fine for me. BTW, I haven't figured out
live365 yet. I thought I'd email them and request a mac app. There app works
great on the iPhone and iPad.

Hope this helps some,
TC all,
Traci
