I have heard of people having this problem. I have not had it. But I have been
using either Face ID or touch ID, depending on the phone. Nothing seems to of
changed with the update to iOS 13.

It only happened after 13.2, it was fine with all of the other iOS 13 updates .

the iTunes Store? After updating to 13.2 I wanted to purchase a couple of
albums in the iTunes Store and my Touch ID wouldn’t work. I had to go back into
