Thanks for the help. I had looked in the menu, but somehow missed the iTunes
match option. Thanks for the tip. Upload is still in progress, but it appears
to be fixing my problem.

I still don't see a way to turn it off. the only thing I see is Turn Off

Hi all,
For about the last week or so when I open iTunes, I get the error message "The
iTunes store cannot complete your request (An unknown error occurred error
error 4002). I can bring this dialog up by clicking on iTunes match, so I
think it's somehow related to that. Anyone have any idea
