Hi all,
I’m having some issues with iCloud Backup. I’m using a freshly restored iPhone
6S Plus and the latest version of iOS.
When I go to settings>iCloud>Backup and try to turn iCloud Backup on, I get a
generic error message: “there was a problem enabling iCloud backup”. This error

Odd, but at least it works. I know a phone with your same problem, but a manual
backup *always* fails. Some people report this as of iOS9, so I figured you
were one of the lucky ones affected by that bug.

Yes, I did do a back up manually yesterday and no problems. Bu then Backup is
broken as it use to do it automatically in the OS before 9!

Try a manual backup in iCloud settings > Backup > Backup Now. It will probably
fail. If it does, people seem to be saying that re-connecting to wifi might
help. Failing that, turn backup off and back on. If that doesn’t do it, (and I

Hello.
Since I have had my new I phone 6 Plus S, it is not automatically doing an I
cloud back up even though it’s on in settings.
Has anyone noticed this? Running the latest update.

Hello all,
I recently backed an old ipad to the cloud two days ago. I want to restore it
to my new ipad using the mac. however, when I connect the ipad air 2 the only
backup is the one on my computer from about a month ago. how do I restore the
latest icloud backup using a mac? thanks
Funny you should ask. I was just looking for that myself.
The option has been moved to where it says, iCloud backup, and it will say
either on or off. Click on that button, and you can find the, backup now,
option, as well as the option to turn iCloud Backup off or on.

Hello All:
A simple question I hope. In the past, doing a backup to icloud was located in
the storage menu of the icloud settings. Now it doesn’t seem to be there. Has
this been moved? If so, where can I dfind it?
