jumping to items in Doc

Before I send a friendly note to the good people at Apple Accessibility requesting this feature, let me make sure it's not already in existence. When I go to the Doc, I have several apps that start with F. If I hit the letter F it goes to Finder. If I hit f again, it stays on Finder. Should I
