Okay, I got it to open. I had to interact with the browser and VO Click on it,
but it does seem to work as advertised, though Im not sure I understand how
the navigation works. As for how you get a refund, I have no idea; I won't
need to be asking for one.

books on my BrailleNote, I would still like to have the option of
downloading ibooks onto my Mac, seeing as some books are not available in
