h drive is like any other. You can create, move, update and
delete files just like on your hard drive.
When you machine was set up somebody had to put in a password. Did
you set up the machine or somebody else? I think a blank password is
possible.

Go to your Finder's view menu and be sure "show sidebar" is checked. Then
vo-left from the list of files and folders and you will find a "sidebar table".
