uninteracting and vo should read the whole thing, e.g. from xxx subject cannot
read mail date etc.
Press vo j to read the message. If I want to then delete the message I just

Make sure you're interacting with the messages table. Vo+shift+Down arrow will
do this. Then you should be able to vo+up/down arrow whichever row you choose,
and can press vo+J to get to the text of the message.
