Mac OS doesn't play nice with FAT32 partitions, they need to be at minimum NTFS in order for them to work with mac os systems. However, if you don't see an add share point or volume button in your server admin panel, the issue is altogether different as you should be able to share your system vo

If you are using Leopard or above, you'll have no problem connecting to your windows network and pulling files from your windows drives. In the finder, just hit command shift K, and you'll see all the workgroups and computers on your network. You'll be able to browse the files on your other mac
