Tim,
IT fixed my computer so that the emails are stored on the computer instead of
on the server. They did this because I like to save so many emails. So I think
I am OK. Thanks so much for your answer. I appreciate it.

Hi,
The Time Machine backup actually backs up everything on your Mac unless it's
configured otherwise. So, if your Mac was to die today, you could grab a new
one, and restore from those backups and your Mac would be, for the most part,
exactly the same as it was before including all eMail, bro
Hello,
I use time machine to back up my mac every day. I may be changing jobs. I have
a lot of emails on my mac in folders that I want to keep and take with me to my
new job. My mac computer belongs to work. If I take the back up disk and use it
in a new mac, will the emails be there?
Thanks
Nan
