I am trying to transfer files from the Mac to my booksens DM flash drive and for some reason the BookSens is not recognized when I plug it in via USB to either the mac or the PC. Not sure why but it doesn't show up in the devices list. In fact the devices list doesn't show up at all because there are no other devices plugged in.
Anyone else have this issue? It's weird that it's not recognized on either the Mac or the PC.
