After you choose "Download and Restart", just let your computer do its thing.
You don't need to press the Install All button again. If the problem persists
though, restart your Mac and any confusion about other users being logged in
and such should be resolved.

You mean beta mode? The answer is no, as I believe was made abundantly clear
earlier.
BTW, I had no issues updating at all.

I've seen this before. The last time this happened, I just logged out and back
in again and that fixed it.

in!
It might be at some point you've opened a guest log in!
