I think it was the catalina that wanted to be installed.
I got the same notification but i pressed on details and updated.
My fan still goes wild as long as i do something on my mac.
It doesn’t matter what i do, its blowing a storm here.
SOmething is really wrong.
Activity manager does not show
good reminder. I'm not ready to upgrade yet. I still can't find that update.
maybe it was the flash player. later I got a message that the flash player
installer was launched in the background.
