Mary,
SOunds like your cable modem is not in bridge mode. You might want to check
with the cable company and see how you put the modem back into bridge mode.

Hi all,

cable went out today and I had to reset the modem and the router, per cable
company instructions. Things began to work again, and now I'm getting a problem
report from airport utility saying I have a double nat
