Hi Till, There aren't separate tutorials/guides really. There are some specific tutorials and the Hildon Human Interface Guide (http://maemo.org/api_refs/5.0/beta/hig/html/). I linked you to a wiki page where we're attempting to proofread/rewrite the HIG so that it's easier to read and follow.
