I submitted the following bug:

The camera app in the latest software, while behaving MUCH BETTER for taking
still pictures, no longer seems to support recording movies. If this feature is
being deleted for some reason it would be nice if it were noted

I turned up both system and Skype's volume but I still can barely hear the

looked through Skype's settings but there is nothing related.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
Thanks.
If you have ssh server and xterm installed, you can:
- run xterm
- ssh [EMAIL PROTECTED]
- cp /etc/apt/sources.list /etc/apt/sources.list.oryg
- add all repositories you want or copy from internet ready file
- or if you have already extended version: cp
/etc/apt/sources.list.extended
I can confirm. I thought this is something wrong with my headphones,
but this is the case both with built-in speakers and headphones I use.

I saw a question about working SDHC cards on the list, and thought that
i should share my experince so far. I just got two TwinMOS 8GB SDHC
cards (Art no: FSD8GBU-CLASS2) and now have them in my n800, I have
copied all data from my old 2GB cards and so far they seem to work just
fine.

Personally I'd be a little cautious about using the new update with
any expensive SD/SDHC cards until Nokia comment against bug #1204[1]
or in the mailing list with further details explaining why the update
is killing cards and what can be done

I submitted the following bug:
I normally don't get into case/keybd discussions...however I did find a
fully in-case functional case (ahem) for N800.
Nice black leather? with white stitching and all ports/buttons are
visible. Case flap can even be flipped around to make it stand on desk
without resorting to freeing stand on

That's too bad... That's the easy fix. Does it work if you clear your

working? Also - have you looked at the certificate manager in the
control panel for clues?

A funny thing I've noticed about the leather cases (and prob' most cases
in general) is none EVER fit perfectly.
On all leather cases I've used for N800 (tested like 4) subtle
imperfections always cause buttons to not exactly be lined up or exposed
fully...not a killer but a flaw nonetheless.
I am a long time linux user and just got my hands on my n800.
How do I get to a command line?
I put the n800 in red pill mode. I can see that I have busy-box installed
already but I don't see how to get to it.
I attempted to install bash but I get a message that there is an application
You don't need the terminal on the N800 to perform standard operations,
as I'm sure you've already found out. If you want a terminal, you must
install osso-xterm: search maemo.org
