Maybe the lithium battery is too weak to even boot far enough to turn
the charger software on?

Doesn't sound like the WSOD to be honest, as this fault doesn't stop the device
from booting. Frank sounds like he's suffering from some other fau

Microsoft has introduced wcf? framework for smtp messaging in wm6...in
part to get around port issues.
Why can't carriers merely throttle users (ala sprint supposedly) instead
of threatening with cancellation? So draconian...at least opt for 'fine'
or throttling...
The networks just aren't read

I recently flashed my 770 to the latest version using
SU-18_2006SE_3.2006.49-2_PR_F5_MR0_ARM.bin and flasher 3.0 and it went
very successfully. Saw a vast improvement in wireless connectivity.
Every thing appeared fine. After a couple of days without a charge, I
picked it up and turned it on. I got
Mike,
here are some comments and observations about Verizon Wireless EVDO
usage policy and its (and ATT's) new Mobile TV service which provides an
alternate means for delivering broadcast (but not on demand) network
content to a mobile device.

Flashing your operating system will delete all data and programs! (It's
as if you just unboxed the device, brand new.) So, I'd recommend the Red
Pill method. To back up your data, you need to back up the hidden
directory /home/user/.gpe/ - I'm not sure if the backup and restore app

And, went to Maemo where the 2.8 apps are shown, go to them and click
install and get moved to a page with the [install] repo name etc, NOT an
auto install to the App Manager? What is the recommended next step? Thanks
for working out this thread - just trying to get the most current GPE.
Thanks.
O
One more option: should I flash the new op system, lose all apps and then
install 2.8? Thanks.
