In the last OS, before I updated, all I needed to do was the ssh
[EMAIL PROTECTED], and since I had set the root password, this worked fine and
dandy. I'd heard something about the red pill mode (this some reference to
the Matrix?) but I'd never neede

I thank everyone for all the help, I went and downloaded the most minimal
of items, the pager "less", and it just built right up without the least

Well, at l;east, I got the scratchbox installed now. OK, I went to the
install script for the sdk, and when I ran it, it came back with the error
"line 331: /opt/scratchbox/tools/bin/dialog: No such file or directory".
Well, I took a ls of that:

I see in the scratchbox instructions some instructions for getting
something called sbrsh working. It apparently needs nfs. It makes the
mistake (in my mind) of telling you how to do it in Debian and RedHat, but
it *doesn't* just give plain-English i

This is my first use of any of the Maemo mailling lists, so if I am
using the wrong one, a word to me about that will fix me up fine.
Anyhow, I just bargained away my last i386 based linux box, so the boxes
I have remaining for N800 development (and i DO intend to do that!)
