Failed to upgrade to OS2008 4.2008.36-5

My N810 shows OS2008 Feature upgrade version 4.2008.36-5 is available, but it always fails to install in Application manager. I tried to apt-get -d install to download the packages and check that everything downloads OK, and libtinymail-1.0-0 failed: Failed to fetch http://catalogue.tableteer.noki
