Hi. I'm on the road and have no PC access. Is there a button combo to
boot the N800 in a way that will fix this? TIA

Thanks for everyone's consensus. I was initially worried I would have
to go down the rabbit hole of command-line package installation and
dependency hell after not finding it on maemo.org for N800/OS2008.
However, I did find grsync (graphical sync) using the search function
in the Application Mana

Hi,
Is there an app that can easily backup photos from the external SD
card to the internal SD card?
I've tried using the built in file manager several times and have
accidentally deleted files on multiple occasions. Also selecting
multiple files or directories seems difficult.
Thanks.

Hi,
Is there an app for the N800/OS2008 that can download videos from a video RSS
feed?
I use Miro on the desktop but rather not have to shuffle files between the two.
Cheers,
Paul.

Hi,
My N800 alarm/clock app has gone silent. The alarm popup appears asking me to
Close or Snooze, but no sound plays.
When setting the alarm I am able to test the alarm tone and it works.
I think it is some weird interaction with having the media player open (paused)
when the alarm goes off.
try enabling TCPKeepAlive and setting an non-zero (default zero on Ubuntu
Fiesty Fawn) ServerAliveInterval, e.g.,
ssh -o ServerAliveInterval=1 [EMAIL PROTECTED]
or
ssh -o TCPKeepAlive=yes ServerAliveInterval=1 [EMAIL PROTECTED]

ns Contacts, Dates, Tasks and Sync but only Dates seems
to be ported to Maemo/N770/N800. You'll find it under user/office after you add
the repository to the Application Manager. I haven't tried it yet.
