Proxy settings are system wide. From Control Panel, Connectivity. Click Connections Choose a connection to add a proxy to, and click edit. Next, Next, Advanced Setup your proxy I've tried searching for this in "Help" previously, and all I got was the context sensitive help, assuming I was alre
