I guess you have M$ Outlook delivered with your Windows Mobile Phone. Just
sync WM with Outlook on PC, and then use Nokia PC Suite to transfer it to
N900. It worked and I have all the contacts, calendar, tasks and notes
easily transferred.

N900 allows importing contacts through Bluetooth.
Enable Bluetooth in both devices and pair them and it will automatically
imports contacts.
You will find this option in Settings-Transfer Sync.

Hi,
I can only speak of migrating contacts from Android, and that was as
easy as exporting as .vcf from GMail and importing into the Maemo
addressbook.
So if your WinMo can export .vcf it should be quite easy.
