since out transifex is now up and running, I'd like to add all software that
has to be translated to it ASAP.
We have little enough time till translation string freeze (May, 5th IIRC), so
it would be good to be able to work at the earliest possible moment.

Fedora : the byte compiled files need to be compiled and included in
the %files section
OpenSuse : same as Fedora, but they have a %fdupes macro, because

Currently, pk-gstreamer-install is the preferred
gst-install-plugins-helper in update-alternatives and prefer.vendor.list.
When it try to install a missing codec, I obtain these messages and it
doesn't install the needed codec.
