as other distributions we started to remove .la files from mageia
during mageia 1 development.
Unfortunatly we didn't had enough time to finish this.
I restarted this task today.
Please tell me if a build fails because of a missing la file.

as we say, better late than never :) so i announce that cauldron is
in WIP for the update to gnome3
I hope to finish tomorrow for the complete gnome.
For now you can have an half working gnome so don't report bugreports
for the moment, i will mail back when ready.

as a misunderstanding i started to update to gnome 3 as it seemed
agreed to go this way ( at least i and some ppl understood as i read
that some ppl planned to update to it too )
What do we plan ? i can revert to the previous rpms or continue to update.

clutter-gtk will be a gtk3 app today.
To keep the compatibility with gtk2 apps we will still have the gtk2
clutter-gtk it will be clutter-gtk010.
So don't forget to use this one if you want to use it with a gtk2 app.
